Can you point? That is all you have to do. You and your Downline are the officers directing traffic.
As you practice, repeat and improve through your Upline, you too will be bringing in customers and recruiting new associates into your business. You lead by bringing in those quality people... energetic and enthusiastic entrepreneurs, just like YOU, duplicating what your Upline performs.
When this happens, you are developing your line or your team. When your team grows, you will grow.
Your team will recruit new associates, duplicating what you performed, and so on. This is duplicating the system. You see! Everyone is a leader!
This is the route of your relationship building process.

There are so many different ways when generating leads. It is just a matter of playing around with the various strategies and finding what works for you.
It is about finding your 'Niche'. Ken Dunn explains in his lessons... "You can duplicate the system but not the soul." So what is the system? ...Point! You are the messenger.
We are all messengers. Though, it is a good idea to familiarize and know your company very thoroughly, and as passionate as you may be about your business, you do not need to talk about it.
You do not talk about your business and products. Your job is to simply deliver the message. Point!
For example... you would point your prospects to the company's website, direct them to a 1-800 business information number, follow up, and then direct them to someone in your upline to finish the process.
PRACTICE = REPITITION = IMPROVEMENT
That's the system in your business. You collect leads through various recruitment strategies and direct them to your business using the system - the tools you have in place.
Your team, your downline, everyone below you - duplicates the system. This is the process of building your weekly and monthly residual income.
